Scope of Practice

I provide virtual life and transition coaching rooted in Human-Centered Design, the Science of Hope, and evidence-based practices. My services support adults navigating personal change, burnout, stress, and life or relational transitions. I do not diagnose, treat, or provide mental health services. Coaching is a forward-focused, goal-oriented process designed to promote clarity, resilience, confidence, and personal well-being.
